Our Team
We are a small team that cares a lot. Here are the people behind every match.
Carmen Sansone
FOUNDER & CEO
Carmen is a St. Louis native and the eighth of ten kids! Growing up in a big, close-knit family shaped who she is and made family the heart of everything she does. She is especially proud to have built Find-A-Sitter into a service that gives other families trusted support and a community they can rely on.
Tatum Schwent
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Tatum is also a St. Louis native and, like Carmen, a graduate of Saint Joseph’s Academy. She joined Find-A-Sitter as a sitter in July 2021 before becoming our outreach intern in 2024 and eventually stepping into her current role leading day-to-day operations! Having experienced Find-A-Sitter from every angle, she makes sure every family and sitter feels supported and cared for.
