Hi for those of you that are new, my name is Carmen Sansone, and I am the founder of Find-A-Sitter. I was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. I went to St. Joseph’s Academy for high school and recently graduated from Miami University with a degree in finance. I started Find-A-Sitter the summer going into my senior year. 

I am one of ten kids with fifty or so first cousins and an adorable niece and nephew, Adriana and Jimmy. For as long as I can remember, my aunts and cousins have asked me to find them sitters. Time after time they would come back, and my brother always encouraged me to do it full-time. In July 2021, I figured, “let’s do it!”

We connect families to great people that happen to be high-quality sitters in an easy and efficient way! Each sitter goes through an application and interview process. We currently have 330+ amazing sitters and are always looking to grow! 

Before bringing on a sitter, I ask myself, “Would I allow this person to babysit Adriana and Jimmy?”
