Every sitter is hand-picked and personally interviewed by our team. Before we bring anyone on, our founder Carmen asks one question: “Would I let this person babysit my own niece and nephew?”

Five steps before a sitter joins
We only say yes to sitters we would trust with our own families.

Apply
Every sitter fills out a full application. Sitters must be 15 or older.
STEP 2
Interview
Every sitter interviews with our team before we say yes.
STEP 3
References
Sitters share references from prior childcare or related experience.
STEP 4
Background check and drug test
Every sitter passes a background check and a drug test before joining.
STEP 5
CPR and First Aid
Every sitter is CPR and First Aid certified.
Once you book
You see her profile first. When a sitter picks up your job, you get an email with her profile.
No cash at the door. Payment runs automatically after your sitter clocks out.
